Zimmler had made the claim that in the screenshots shown in the main files section, he was simply "trolling" and that these people started it first. Here are the screenshots that he sent as "proof" of his innocence. (as before, click on an image to make it larger)
Here we're seeing that he made a TikTok story with a comment about a random lesbian couple, calling it a fake couple. The context implies that Zimmler, in fact, was the one who started it first.
If we look at the content of their messages, we see that there was nothing that actually warranted sexual harassment in the slightest. Those were just insults about his sexual life and political views.
Isn't it weird at all that his idea of "trolling" is sexually harassing people? He could've trolled in several different ways, but THIS was specifically the type of "trolling" he chose.
Here's his second "proof":
People in that group chat were wishing things such as overdosing, drugging, and kidnapping on him and told him to carve their name on his wrists. It's a bit of an overreaction from their side, but we should remember that he started it first, and that it still does not warrant sexual harassment in any way. They were showing their anger towards him, not making sexual comments against his will. If he truly wanted to respond to their attacks, he would have insulted them without making it sexual/creepy.
Even if we pretend they started it first, and that they were sexually harassing him first, this is not a valid defense, because from other screenshots, we can clearly see that he did this to other people as well, who have never said anything similarly bad to him beforehand. He does it to almost every female teenager he sees online. So the argument is invalid either way.
Zimmler had once sent this in his server. And no, he didn't comment negatively on it at all. Since his server was nuked, there's sadly no screenshot, but there is a video still. There is not a single excuse in the whole world that will make this look okay, not even if it was "a joke". For those who possibly don't know, the grape emoji means rape.
Besides that, he has also reposted this on TikTok (before removing it).

The first video only takes 3 seconds to see disturbing text. The second video doesn't take even a second to notice it. There's a near zero chance that he actually "didn't see it". It happened at least twice, too, not just once.
